The Kverneland SILOKING TrailedLine 4.0 Premium range delivers with short mixing times and homogeneous mixing results due to the edged vessel shape.
Description
All models are equipped as standard with SILONOX® wear protection on the internal wedges of the hopper and on the discharge gate. The robust and torsion-resistant hollow girder frame, in connection with a strong 4-planet gearbox, guarantees high operational reliability.
Optional hopper heights and tyres allow the machine to be adapted precisely to the passage heights in the barn or the maximum height of the loading vehicle. In addition, the height of the hopper and the turbo augers are proportioned to maintain the quality specifications of the hopper geometry.
From the TrailedLine 4.0 Premium 3022-26 model, a tandem unit is mounted (optional with steering axle or forced steering axle).

Features
With the Kverneland SILOKING TrailedLine 4.0 Premium, the edged hopper is designed to actively support the mixing process. The shaped hopper walls slow the feed in its circular movement and guide the material back into the vertical flow created by the turbo augers.
We use this design to reduce unnecessary rotation of the ration inside the hopper. This supports shorter mixing times, helps preserve the structure of long-fibre components and contributes to a more homogeneous ration. For larger farms, this means efficient feeding without compromising mix quality.

The Kverneland SILOKING TrailedLine 4.0 Premium is available with different hopper heights, tyre sizes and auger configurations, allowing the machine to be matched to barn passage height, loader reach and herd requirements.
Across the capacity range, the hopper geometry and turbo auger remain matched as machine capacity increases, helping maintain consistent mixing performance while supporting efficient loading, homogeneous mixing and controlled discharge.
Designed to adapt to different barn layouts. The extremely compact and narrow design of the TrailedLine allows it to operate in confined spaces. Where the conveyor cannot reach the required discharge position, the retractable discharge conveyor provides additional reach.
The discharge position can be extended by more than 350 mm, allowing precise positioning of the feed along the feed barrier.
